This project will provide the opportunity for a significant memorial to celebrate the Semiquincentennial of our Nation’s Declaration of Independence on July 4th, 2026. The memorial produced will result in an eternal remembrance to honor our country’s independence and will be a visible statement providing a nationally recognized project for the patriotic efforts of those who contributed to the project.
